Women have so many reasons for joining sororities. Some join to expand their circle of friends, others look forward to the leadership opportunities and networking with sorors at the chapter level as well as the regional and national conferences, still others look forward to the social events most sororities host. Women who take a leap of faith and affiliate at the graduate level, generally understand that not only will they expand their circle of friends, there is an expectation of service and this John Wesley poem, a reflection of his tremendous work ethic, seemed to say it all.

I was browsing websites late last night seeing what the people I follow were chatting about when I ran across this post on Cory Booker's FaceBook page. It seemed the ideal passage to use as an introduction to the young women who were recently inducted to our Gamma Mu chapter.
Do all the good you can,
